COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Maxon / M.torres 49.060.000-00.09-004 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Denso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 2AB4231ORA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4106221410 manufactured by Denso and we are pleased to be able to service most Denso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3P4A3AYYNEC0 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand 2AD100BB050B1AS01S01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tech-Motive-Tool such as 48054P23019 equipment made by Tech-Motive-Tool have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tech-Motive-Tool products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tech-Motive-Tool" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 37K245X895G1 made by Baldor as well as the popular 4013432001 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35P328Z128 by Baldor and 48054P23019 spares by Tech-Motive-Tool are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4106220650 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Denso. |
